  9.  Note that DevWare are no longer licenced to act as our N.American
  10.  distributors as after having sold thousands of Dollars worth of our
  11.  program in America, instead of sending us the agreed payments, they
  12.  chose to divert the last 6 Months Royalties and plough it back into 
  13.  the company to keep themselves bouyant!!
  14.  They are forever promising to pay us, but lets face it, they had the 
  15.  money, but chose to spend it rather than be honest and abide by
  16.  the sales contracts!!
  17.  ( if thats not tantamount to theft, don't know what is ).

  19.  Therefore the English language version 5.04 will only be available 
  20.  directly from RBF Software here in the UK.

  52.                           Distribution of V6

  54.  At time of writting, we are discussing just how the fantastic new V6 
  55.  is going to be distributed when released in Jan/Feb 1995.
  56.  
  57.  It may still be available only from selected distributors, but this is
  58.  highly likely to change after the way DevWare has behaved.
  59.  
  60.  ( note that this does not affect the French and German distributors )
  61.  
  62.  The English language version 6 may be available from any supplier that
  63.  wishes to stock it on their customers behalf.
  64.  ( excluding France and Germany )

  66.  When you read about the release of V6 in the inevitable magazine reviews, 
  67.  the best advice we can give is to phone your usual supplier first.
  68.  Keep your eyes on the Fred Fish releases as well, the V6 Demo and will
  69.  be released through his excellent distribution network and it will
  70.  give price details along with how to obtain the full English version.

  74.  on disk from a small selected amount of suppliers including a Fred Fish

  83.  We have added a LOT of smaller but very useful features which 
  84.  users have requested and you should like.
